About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Intern to join the Concierge team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Constantly provide an approachable, helpful and friendly service to colleagues and guests alike
- Assist the sales team in various tasks related to promoting and selling the company's services, which could include hotel accommodations, event spaces, dining options, and other amenities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining client databases, and organizing sales materials and presentations.
- Maintain archive organization and ensure documentation accessibility for the team.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of group events and operations.
- Dedicate time to acquiring relevant knowledge in Marketing and Communication to enhance task performance.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive to detail work attitude
- Fluency in the English language
- Preferably speaks an additional language
- Entry Level
