Position Overview:
We're looking for an International Client Relations Specialist to manage relationships with our international clients. This role involves coordinating service delivery, supporting client by updating them on their properties status, and working with internal teams to meet client needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for international clients, ensuring consistent and effective communication
- Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery
- Track performance metrics and address service-related concerns
- Update international clients and be flexible regarding timezone changes
- Prepare regular reports and client updates
- Identify additional service opportunities for existing clients
- Handle escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Stay current with industry developments and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Strong computer skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are an advantage
