Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and international buyers.
- Market and sell luxury residential, commercial, and investment properties across Abu Dhabi’s prime locations.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and expertise.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and global real estate trends, investment opportunities, and legal frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers, agencies, and financial institutions to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Utilize digital marketing strategies, social media, and networking events to expand international client base.
- Provide market analysis, investment insights, and tailored recommendations for buyers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with an international clientele.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to close high-value deals.
- Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi’s luxury real estate market, regulations, and property laws.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Valid UAE real estate license or certification (preferred but not mandatory).
