We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent to represent buyers and sellers in property transactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales goals. Here are some responsibilities, not all, that you will be expected to take care of:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide expert advice on pricing, market conditions, and mortgages
- Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers and negotiate terms
- Market listings through open houses, digital platforms, and networking
- Stay informed on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
- Develop and maintain client relationships to generate leads and referrals
- Maintain updated listings of available properties
- Coordinate property showings and client meetings
Pre- Qualifications before applying are as follows:
- Active real estate license in UAE.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service (real estate experience preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using MLS, CRM software, and digital marketing tools
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
