Job Summary:
The International Visa Application Executive is responsible for managing the visa application process for clients seeking to travel, work, or study abroad. This role requires a thorough understanding of visa regulations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visa Processing:
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications.
- Review and verify all required documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Stay updated on the latest visa regulations and requirements for various countries.
- Client Communication:
- Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
- Advise clients on potential issues or challenges related to their visa applications and suggest solutions.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all visa applications processed.
- Ensure all client information is kept confidential and secure.
- Prepare and send reports on visa application statuses to management as required.
- Coordination and Liaison:
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to facilitate smooth application processes.
- Coordinate with other departments or external agencies to resolve any issues related to visa applications.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the visa application process.
- Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure all visa applications comply with the relevant immigration laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of changes in visa policies and update clients and internal teams accordingly.
* Travel & Tourism Experience is must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
