Overseas Distribution Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to oversee our stock operations through online data analysis, ensuring seamless coordination between Dubai and Antwerp. You will play a key role in optimizing inventory performance while also monitoring financial aspects related to stock management.
As Inventory Controller, you'll be responsible for:
- Monitor and manage inventory across Dubai and Antwerp, focusing on optimizing Net Stock Days.
- Analyze stock performance and trends to maintain healthy inventory levels.
- Oversee online inventory tracking and ensure accuracy in stock reporting and financial data.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve inventory turnover.
- Manage and report on slow-moving stock, taking proactive actions to reduce financial risk.
- Act as a key link between teams in Belgium and Dubai, aligning inventory, supply chain, and financial planning.
- Take ownership of inventory performance, ensuring efficient stock control and financial accountability.
What makes you the ideal candidate?
- Proven experience in a similar Inventory Controller role – this must be part of your current responsibilities.
- A solid background in inventory management, supply chain, or related financial oversight.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – with experience using stock KPIs like Net Stock Days and slow-mover analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- A proactive mindset and the ability to coordinate with international teams.
- Experience in a logistics, FMCG, or distribution environment is a strong advantage.
