About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Investment Property Advisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to guide clients in making sound investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Analyze current real estate trends, property values, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
- Client Advisory: Provide expert advice on property investments, ensuring alignment with clients' financial goals.
- Portfolio Management: Assist investors in managing their property portfolios for maximum returns.
- Networking: Develop relationships with investors, developers, and industry professionals.
- Negotiation & Sales: Negotiate property deals, finalize contracts, and ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investment property advising or real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
