We are a leading software solutions company based in Dubai, currently seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy IT Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional, responsive, and high-quality support to clients using our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide software training and walkthroughs to clients
- Resolve technical issues and provide effective IT troubleshooting
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and courteous support
- Document support activities and client feedback for internal use
Candidate Requirements:
- Male candidates from Kerala are preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in IT or software customer support
- Strong understanding of IT support processes and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics & Communication
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Quick learner, with a proactive approach to technical challenges
- Holding a valid UAE driving license is a plus
