1. Operational Oversight & Leadership
- Supervise and mentor IT and web support staff, including the Web Developer
- Oversee daily IT support and infrastructure maintenance
- Enforce IT standards, procedures, and documentation practices
- Ensure IT and web-related tasks are executed on time and escalate where needed
- Coordinate resource planning and task distribution between IT operations and web development
2. System Administration & Microsoft 365 Management
- Serve as a senior admin for Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and SharePoint
- Manage licenses, groups, permissions, security policies, and compliance settings
- Set up Conditional Access, MFA policies, data retention policies, and audit logging
- Guide device provisioning and application deployments
3. Security, Backups & Compliance
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies across systems and devices
- Ensure endpoint protection, data encryption, and secure access controls are active
- Manage Microsoft Defender and data loss prevention (DLP) settings
- Oversee backup policies for both cloud and local data
4. Standardization & Process Improvement
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all IT and web infrastructure functions
- Create scalable and replicable templates for onboarding, offboarding, support, and device management
5. Support & Escalation Management
- Serve as an escalation point for complex or critical IT issues
- Help define and maintain service levels and response KPIs
- Provide user support when needed, while enabling designated backup resources
6. Web Development Oversight
- Supervise the Web Developer, ensuring website and digital assets align with IT security and hosting standards
- Review and approve technical aspects of plugins, hosting, backups, and performance optimization
- Support prioritization of web-related projects in alignment with business goals
7. IT Projects & Infrastructure Planning
- Lead or support new IT projects (e.g., ERP integrations, server upgrades, Wi-Fi rollouts)
- Assess and modernize current tools and platforms
- Coordinate with vendors as necessary for infrastructure or licensing
8. Collaboration & Communication
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
- Communicate risks, issues, and improvement plans clearly to management
- Provide regular status updates and summaries of IT and web operations

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
