Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Professional Engineering license or certification (preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP construction.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire protection, lighting, power distribution, plumbing, and ELV systems.
- Experience with design-build, high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects is an asset.
