IT Project Lead

Overview

Job Description

• Plan, organize and monitor IT development projects
• Assign tasks to developers and ensure deadlines are met
• Write functional specifications
• Act as a link between technical teams and customer needs
• Monitor the quality and delivery of deliverables
• Use project management tools (Notion, Slack, etc.)
• Oversee the operation of GitHub: branch management, tracking pull requests, controlling merges and respecting commit conventions

Job Requirements

• Bac+5 in IT or project management
• Experience in IT project management (at least 3 years)
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methods
• Proficiency in Git/GitHub for project tracking
• Sense of organization and priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in development is a plus
