We are looking for a highly organized and experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and align project outcomes with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT and digital projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with design teams to review and contribute to UI/UX mockups created in Figma and Adobe tools.
- Communicate effectively with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Break down project tasks, create timelines, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular project meetings and status updates with internal teams and clients.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate across departments including development, creative, and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role (minimum 3–5 years).
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to review design quality.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana).
- Familiarity with web/mobile development processes and terminology.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Design, or related field preferred.
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
