About the Role:
We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic & English) IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring the smooth functioning of all business operations. You’ll play a key role in solving technical issues, supporting end-users, and maintaining infrastructure performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to employees (on-site and remote) in Arabic and English.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and company software.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies via Active Directory.
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain and update inventory of IT assets, licenses, and devices.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or external vendors when needed.
- Support video conferencing tools, remote access, VPN, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees from an IT perspective.
- Document all issues and solutions in the internal IT ticketing system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Helpdesk Technician, or similar role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English – both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, printers, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of IT security and data privacy practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment.
