We’re looking for a friendly, well-organized team member to support our daily operations. This role includes customer interaction, administrative support, and basic website management.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to answer inquiries.
- Prepare quotations and invoices, and follow up with clients as needed.
- Maintain product listings and update stock availability on our Shopify website.
- Use Canva to create or update product images.
- Assist with daily administrative duties and work closely with the rest of the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Comfortable using computer.
- Basic knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
- Good communication and multitasking skills.
- Must be available to start immediately.
Salary & Benefits:
- AED 3,000 – 3,500 depending on experience
