Italian Restaurant Floor Manager
Location: Khalifa City – Abu Dhabi
Restaurant: Bella Vita
We are hiring an experienced Floor Manager to lead the front of house team and ensure smooth operations in our Italian fine dining restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage floor staff (waiters, hosts, cashiers).
- Ensure excellent guest service and support a premium dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor attendance and prepare daily staff schedules.
- Train new staff on service standards and procedures.
- Support promotions and contribute to increasing sales.
- Prepare floor performance and customer feedback reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or similar field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, including 2 years in an Italian or fine dining concept.
- Fluent in English (Italian or Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of floor operations, food & beverage service standards.
- Basic computer skills and experience using POS systems.
