Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team and oversee daily operations in a high-end dining environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in Italian cuisine or fine dining and excels in team leadership, customer service, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on service quality and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation
- Control costs and manage budgets efficiently
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
- Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and service teams
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience in food & beverage, culinary, or hospitality management
- OR
- 2-year degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in Italian is Mandatory
