Job Description:
- Create and open accurate job cards based on customer complaints and service requirements
- Keys handling
- Enter all relevant vehicle and customer information into the system
- Assign job cards to technicians according to skill and availability
- Monitor progress of each job and update job status in real time
- Ensure timely completion of service and repair jobs
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts department
- Ensure proper documentation for warranty and insurance jobs
- Close job cards with correct billing and technician input
- Generate daily productivity and job status reports
- Ensure compliance with workshop policies and safety standards
Working Hours: 12 Hours Shift
off Day: Sunday
