We are seeking a full-time Joinery Estimator to join our team at Bayt Al Naser Interior Fit out services LLC, Jebel Ali. The Joinery Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for various joinery projects, reviewing project specifications and drawings, and communicating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible quotes.
- Daily tasks include analyzing project requirements, measuring and calculating material quantities, and preparing competitive bids. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date records of all estimation data and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing cost estimates

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

Experience with estimation software and tools

Knowledge of joinery materials, techniques, and industry standards

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry is a plus.
