We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Joinery Factory Manager to lead our production operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and woodworking, with a proven track record of managing teams, meeting production deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the joinery production facility.
- Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
- Supervise and mentor carpenters, machine operators, polishers, and other production staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Optimize material usage and maintain inventory control.
- Monitor machinery and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
- Enforce health and safety regulations in the factory.
- Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery/fit-out factory management within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, joinery techniques, and finishing materials.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and BOQs.
- Proven experience managing a team of 10+ production staff.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with production planning tools or ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
