We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Executives to join our team for credit card sales on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident, goal-oriented, and eager to earn unlimited income through performance.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell bank credit cards to potential customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, outdoor sales, and referrals.
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to customers.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support when required.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience (preferably in banking/financial products) is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Candidates must have their own visa, spouse visa, or dependent visa.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
