- Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of laborers and tradesmen on-site
- Ensure execution of civil works such as concrete works, formwork, excavation, backfilling, and general site preparation
- Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Assist site engineer or foreman with material planning and manpower allocation
- Report daily progress and site issues to site supervisor or project engineer
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and safety among the crew
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly used and maintained
