Job Description:
Synergy Premier Accounting and Bookkeeping LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates on a Husband Visa or Father Visa with a background in accounting or finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and journal entries
- Assist in maintaining ledgers and trial balances
- Handle petty cash records and reconciliations
- Support in VAT filing and monthly reporting
- Manage data entry and document filing (invoices, receipts, etc.)
- Assist senior accountants in audits and financial reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (debits/credits, ledgers, etc.)
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Excel and data entry
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Must be on Husband Visa or Father Visa and based in Dubai
