We’re on the lookout for passionate and motivated Junior Assistant Manager to join our brand-new restaurant and be part of this exciting new chapter.
For our BIG TEAMS in Dubai, we are looking for the very best JUNIOR ASSISTANT MANAGER
Your Mission:
- Guarantee outstanding service: support the Floor Manager in ensuring excellence, speed, and consistency across the entire restaurant, in line with Big Mamma’s standards.
- Oversee the guest experience: ensure warm, attentive, and personalized service for all guests, from arrival to farewell.
- Lead service operations: coordinate the floor team during service, anticipating needs, solving challenges, and ensuring smooth communication between front and back of house.
- Support and develop the team: guide waiters, runners, and hosts during shifts, providing feedback and motivation to keep standards high.
- Uphold hygiene & presentation: make sure every area of the dining room is spotless, organized, and ready to impress at all times.
- Be the operational link: monitor stock for service equipment and uniforms, ensure floor set-up, and assist with any last-minute adjustments.
- Know the offer inside-out: master our menu and wine list to assist both guests and the team with confident recommendations.
