Job Description:
We are hiring a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in Dubai. While prior experience in interior fit-out is not mandatory, the ideal candidate should have a solid academic background in quantity surveying or a related field, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the fit-out industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Support in cost planning, budgeting, and monitoring project expenses.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material and subcontractor requirements.
- Help evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Maintain commercial documentation and records.
- Support senior QS and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with general construction experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD or QS software is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about interior fit-out processes.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
