The Quantity Surveyor (QS) is responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for joinery and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for materials and labor.
- Review project specifications and drawings to determine material requirements.
- Manage project budgets and monitor expenses.
- Communicate with suppliers and negotiate pricing.
- Assess variations and prepare claims.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Strong knowledge of joinery/carpentry material costs.
