- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material measurements from drawings and site visits.
- Support in the preparation of interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
- Help monitor and control project costs during the construction phase.
- Participate in site inspections to verify progress and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Assist in evaluating variation orders and claims.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records for cost control purposes.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing and cost information.
- Prepare and update cost reports for management review.
- Support senior team members in contract administration and dispute resolution when required.
