As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our Kitchen Joinery Department and help us elevate both our operations and client engagement.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Joinery Department Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, from production planning to quality control. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in kitchen joinery and cabinetry manufacturing, with strong leadership abilities and a strategic mindset. A bonus would be someone with existing sales connections or the ability to support the commercial team in identifying and onboarding new sales talent.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a kitchen joinery or wood fabrication department.
- In-depth knowledge of joinery production, cabinet-making, and kitchen layout standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production plans.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Understanding of costing, materials, and quality control processes.
- (Preferred) A network of industry contacts or ability to contribute to sales-related efforts.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
