- To work in the area wherever allotted by the manager, supervisor.
- To make sure the cleaning is done as per the schedule.
- To do any special assignments given by the supervisor.
- To do the F&B service items polishing.
- To do the spring-cleaning as per the schedule.
- To check the quality of cleaning materials and informing the manger incase of any problem.
- Controlling the breakage
- To check and arrange for the live cooking’s in banquets as and when required.
- To check for the O/Door functions and keep the required things ready.
- To check whether the service equipments are kept on the kitchen counters on time to avoid the service delay.
- Enabling and adherence of the principles and work practices detailed under HACCP System in the department viz., Food Safety, Hygiene and Cleanliness, Health, Storage etc as applicable to the area of your work place.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
