Job Description:
Robust Hoses LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Labor Supervisor to oversee and manage labor operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising teams, ensuring productivity, and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of laborers on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Report daily progress and issues to management.
- Assist in training new laborers and improving team efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
