We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairstylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, while delivering exceptional customer service in a professional salon environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Cut, trim, and style hair according to clients’ instructions and preferences.
- Perform hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and other chemical treatments.
- Offer hair care services such as blow-drying, straightening, curling, and deep conditioning.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Keep up-to-date with current trends, techniques, and products in the hair and beauty industry.
- Upsell salon products and services to clients as appropriate.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through professional service and relationship building.
- Follow all salon health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a hairstylist or hairdresser.
- Professional certification from a cosmetology or hairdressing school.
- In-depth knowledge of hair care techniques, trends, and products.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
- Friendly, reliable, and passionate about the beauty industry.
Work Schedule:

- Includes weekends and evenings based on salon hours
