We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and customer-oriented Salesman specializing in Land Rover and Jaguar spare parts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automotive spare parts sales, with in-depth knowledge of Land Rover and Jaguar models. This role requires handling customer inquiries, identifying correct parts, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and sell correct spare parts for Land Rover and Jaguar vehicles.
- Handle both walk-in customers and wholesale clients.
- Check parts availability and pricing with suppliers when needed.
- Advise customers on parts compatibility and alternatives.
- Issue quotations and follow up on offers and invoices.
- Maintain records of sales, stock, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing team to ensure stock availability.
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve complaints effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest models, part numbers, and pricing structures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales (Land Rover & Jaguar preferred).
- Strong knowledge of original and aftermarket parts.
- Ability to use parts catalog systems (e.g., Microcat, EPCs, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, invoicing systems, WhatsApp, etc.).
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience with European car brands, especially Jaguar and Land Rover.
- Familiar with local and international suppliers of spare parts.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize sales tasks.
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
