Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Spare Parts Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, and coordinating spare parts sales for heavy construction equipment. This role requires strong product knowledge, customer handling skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate spare parts solutions based on the equipment model and requirements.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with the logistics and warehouse teams.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as set by the management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Visit clients (if needed) to better understand their requirements and provide on-site solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and after-sales support regarding spare parts.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spare parts sales, preferably in the heavy machinery or construction equipment sector.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment brands and their spare parts (preferably XCMG or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
- Fluent in English
