Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Landscaping Surveyor to support our landscaping and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in land surveying techniques, equipment handling, and data processing using GPS, Total Station, and Auto Level. This position requires proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, as well as a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed land surveys for landscaping and site development projects.
- Operate and process data from GPS, Total Station, and Auto Level equipment accurately.
- Prepare site plans, topographic maps, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist in planning and layout of landscape works based on site conditions.
- Coordinate with project engineers, landscape architects, and construction teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Ensure that all survey work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and local authority requirements.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments regularly.
- Travel to various project sites across the UAE as required.
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge and proven experience in land surveying, particularly in landscaping or construction environments.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Ability to analyze survey data and convert it into accurate technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
