Position: Landscape Architect
Department: Architecture Design
Location: Dubai, UAE
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Experience:
- Total Experience: 4 to 10 years
- UAE Experience: 3 to 6 years
Preferred Background:
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience with Principal Consultants or Architects
- Strong portfolio in landscape design and urban outdoor planning
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite
- Knowledge of sustainable landscaping and local authority regulations (DEWA, Dubai Municipality) is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop landscape design concepts and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and urban projects
- Coordinate with architects, urban planners, and environmental engineers to integrate landscape plans with overall site planning
- Prepare planting plans, irrigation layouts, hardscape detailing, and material selection
- Review and ensure compliance of landscape drawings with local authority requirements
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors during design development and project execution
- Provide input on cost estimation and BOQ for landscaping works
Experience:
- with UAE Principal Consultants, Architects: 3 years (Required)
- with Architects & Designers: 3 years (Required)
- Cad drafting, BIM Modelling, Rivet: 3 years (Required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
