Job Summary :
We need a talented Landscape Architect to join our Dubai team. You'll be responsible to create concept designs from client briefs and translate them into 3D visuals further into clear, precise drawings, keeping projects moving at lightning speed. Excellent communication is key, as you'll be directly communicating and presenting to clients and ensuring everyone's on the same page.
Responsibilities :
- develop and design landscape plans, including site analysis, concept development, and construction documentation, in accordance with client requirements, budget, and environmental considerations.
- conduct research and gather information on site conditions, climate, regulations, and available resources to inform the design process develop and design landscape concepts, including site analysis, space planning, and construction documentation, in accordance with client requirements, budget, and objectives.
- collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, interior designers and other stakeholders to understand project goals and develop comprehensive design proposals that integrate with the overall project vision.
- create 2D and 3D design drawings, renderings, and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to clients and project teams.
- select appropriate plant materials, hardscape elements, lighting, and other features to create functional and visually appealing outdoor spaces.
- coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers during the construction phase to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and meet quality standards.
- monitor and inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with design plans, specifications, and environmental regulations.
- stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in landscape architecture and incorporate them into design solutions.
- collaborate with landscape maintenance teams to provide guidance on landscape management, including plant selection, irrigation, and ongoing maintenance requirements
Qualifications:.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Landscape Architect in UAE.
- bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture or a related field.
- proven experience as a landscape architect, with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects and design expertise.
- proficient in CAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other design tools.
- strong knowledge of landscape design principles, plant materials, hardscape materials, and construction techniques.
- familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and permits related to landscape architecture.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
UAE Driver’s licence is a plus
