Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Landscape BIM Modeller to join our design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models of landscape designs using BIM software, ensuring coordination with architectural, MEP, and civil disciplines. This role requires strong technical expertise in landscape design, attention to detail, and proficiency in BIM processes to deliver high-quality digital representations of outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, develop, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for landscape projects, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and site furniture.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to integrate landscape elements into the overall project BIM model.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and UAE regulations.
- Generate drawings, schedules, and visualizations from BIM models for design presentations, client approvals, and construction documentation.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues within the BIM environment.
- Assist in the preparation of as-built models and record drawings.
- Support the team in implementing BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.
- Keep updated with the latest BIM software tools, plugins, and landscape design trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape design and BIM modelling.
- Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
- Experience with landscape visualization tools (Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of landscape design principles, materials, irrigation systems, and site planning.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, accurate models under tight deadlines.
Preferred Attributes:
- UAE experience or familiarity with local regulations and project standards.
- Knowledge of sustainable landscape design and LEED principles.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities efficiently.
