We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Laundry Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their laundry needs are met with excellent service and professionalism. This role involves taking orders, addressing customer inquiries, and providing a positive experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry requests and inquiries.
Take and record customer orders accurately, including special instructions and deadlines.
Provide information about services, pricing, and turnaround times.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with the laundry team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
Process payments and handle cash or electronic transactions accurately.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions for reference.
Promote additional services and products to customers when appropriate.
Follow safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment.
