Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Architect (Senior Manager - Architecture) to spearhead concept and detail design development for high-rise towers. You’ll lead multidisciplinary coordination, manage authority regulations, review construction drawings, and ensure execution excellence across complex architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts in AutoCAD for high-rise towers and present to management.
- Oversee design detailing with internal/external architects and draftsmen.
- Evaluate feasibility reports, architectural plans, and building prototypes.
- Review and approve designs ensuring compliance with construction codes and standards.
- Coordinate with MEP, Structural, and Interior teams to integrate all services.
- Manage architectural submissions with DM, DDA, Trakhees, and other local authorities.
- Lead external consultants and technical teams throughout project lifecycle.
- Conduct field inspections to validate design integrity and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience with top-tier developers/consultants.
- 7–8 years of experience in real estate architecture.
- Proven background in PMC/PMO roles at international PMC firms.
- Strong strategic and problem-solving orientation.
