As a Lead Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads, specifically for the car rental industry. You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create, manage, and optimize campaigns that bring in potential customers through digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies tailored to the car rental sector.
- Manage and optimize lead funnels across multiple channels (email, social media, paid ads, SEO, etc.).
- Identify new customer segments and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling campaigns and content that convert.
- Monitor lead performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and proper handoff.
- Attend industry events and partnerships to support offline lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the car rental, automotive, or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM tools, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of the UAE market is a plus.
