Job Title: Lead Validator
Location: Dubai - UAE
Salary: AED2000 - AED2500 + Comm
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM – 7 PM
Visa: Dependent or visit visa with minimum 1 month validity required
About the Company:
A leading insurance aggregator providing a range of health insurance products through inbound leads and digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Validate inbound insurance leads
- Contact customers promptly; efficiency is measured by response time
- Assign leads equally to senior sales team
- Maintain CRM and follow SLA requirements
- Provide basic information on health insurance policies (training provided)
- Report to Quality Manager
Requirements:
- Fresher or telesales experience
- Good communication and basic computer skills
