Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Lead Generator to support our sales team by identifying and qualifying potential clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, outbound communication, and using various channels to generate quality business leads. Strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, online research, and social media.
- Contact potential customers to introduce the company’s services.
- Identify decision-makers and gather essential business information.
- Maintain and update lead database with accurate and detailed information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads.
- Follow up on warm leads and schedule meetings or calls for the sales team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Report on lead status, challenges, and progress regularly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation or telesales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection professionally.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking systems is an advantage.
- Ability to research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Good organizational and data entry skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic) is a plus.
