Key Responsibilities
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
- Identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments, especially sales, leasing, and property management teams.
- Collaborate with department heads to design relevant training programs.
- Program Development & Delivery:
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules for topics such as sales techniques, negotiation, real estate laws, CRM systems, customer service, and soft skills.
- Create e-learning materials, presentations, and manuals tailored to real estate practices.
- Onboarding & Induction:
- Design and conduct structured onboarding programs for new hires.
- Introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and operational procedures.
- Performance Monitoring & Evaluation:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve training strategies based on outcomes.
- Compliance & Industry Standards:
- Ensure all training programs comply with local real estate regulations (e.g., RERA in Dubai).
- Keep the team updated on market trends, legal changes, and best practices.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and attendance logs.
- Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of L&D or training experience, preferably in real estate or sales-driven industries.
- Knowledge of real estate processes, regulations, and customer management.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
