Job Description:
Property Shop Investment (PSI) is looking for an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development Trainer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for employee development, strong training delivery skills, and a proven track record of building impactful training programs—especially within real estate, sales, or customer service environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for sales, customer service, CRM, and soft skills.
- Conduct training needs assessments and create learning paths for different roles and departments.
- Deliver onboarding sessions for new hires and ongoing development sessions for existing staff.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with company goals and KPIs.
- Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and digital learning content.
- Stay current with trends in learning technologies and adult learning principles.
- Support the implementation of e-learning tools and blended learning strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a corporate trainer, preferably in real estate, sales, or customer service.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in creating training manuals, slide decks, and e-learning modules.
- Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
- SHRM-CP, CIPD, or similar certification is a plus.
