We are seeking an experienced Leasing Executive / Administrator to support our property management and leasing operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, strong knowledge of leasing processes and Tawtheeq issuance, and will handle administrative support, cheque collection, and coordination with tenants and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of Tawtheeq contracts in compliance with Authority requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end leasing process, including preparing lease agreements, amendments, and other related documents.
- Collect post-dated cheques and rental payments from tenants; ensure proper documentation and coordination with the finance department.
- Maintain and update the tenant database and leasing records accurately.
- Provide office administration support, including filing, correspondence, document control, and assisting the leasing team as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries regarding leasing matters.
- Coordinate with property management, maintenance, and legal teams to facilitate smooth leasing operations.
- Prepare regular reports on lease status, occupancy, and collections.
Requirements:
- Male candidate, based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing administration or property management within the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Tawtheeq system and Abu Dhabi leasing regulations.
- Familiar with cheque collection procedures and financial coordination.
- Good administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
