Position: Real Estate Listings and Lead Administrator
Location: Al Barsha, Dubai
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage real estate contracts and RERA forms (A, B, F, I) and related documentation.
- Handle CRM systems and real estate portals such as PF Expert, Property Finder, and Profolio to manage listings and leads effectively.
- Ensure all required documents are collected and compliant, including Title Deeds, Owner IDs, NOCs, and Contract A.
- Prepare and manage Trakheesi permits.
- Support the daily operations of the sales and leasing departments by handling administrative tasks and providing assistance to agents.
- Assist agents with listing procedures, documentation, and CRM navigation to streamline workflows.
- Track and report agent leads on a weekly and monthly basis to monitor performance and productivity.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in real estate administration or listings coordination (Minimum 1 Year Dubai market preferred)
- Strong knowledge of RERA forms and Trakheesi
- Familiarity with CRM tools and property portals
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented and proactive attitude
