Job Description:
Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI), one of the leading real estate firms in the UAE, is currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Leasing Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
As a Leasing Agent, you will be the face of our company for prospective tenants. You will be responsible for showcasing properties, guiding clients through the leasing process, and ensuring client satisfaction from the first visit to the final agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and lease available properties to qualified prospects.
- Conduct property viewings and answer inquiries from potential tenants.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and market trends.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with leasing policies.
- Negotiate lease terms and close deals efficiently.
- Prepare leasing contracts and related documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and property handovers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in leasing or real estate (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Presentable, professional, and client-oriented.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate laws and procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- UAE Driving License is highly preferred.
- Arabic or bilingual candidates will be given preference.
