We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Onsite Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day leasing activities, conducting property viewings, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth leasing process for prospective tenants. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the local real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in clients and respond to leasing inquiries in a professional manner
Schedule and conduct property tours for potential tenants
Present leasing terms and conditions clearly to prospective clients
Prepare and process lease applications, contracts, and renewals
Maintain updated knowledge of available units and project developments
Coordinate with landlords, property managers, and other departments for unit readiness
Ensure units are properly maintained and presented to clients
Track leasing performance and prepare regular reports
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve tenant concerns during the leasing process
