What You’ll Do:
- Specialize in leasing premium villas across Dubai’s most sought-after communities such as Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, and more.
- Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and property owners.
- Conduct property viewings with a strong consultative approach and attention to client preferences.
- Source exclusive listings and off-market villas, positioning yourself as a trusted area expert.
- Guide clients through the full leasing journey—from property selection to contract negotiation—ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, rental yields, and community insights.
- Collaborate with the wider Zed Capital team to share leads, leverage marketing resources, and drive performance.

What You Bring:
- Proven experience in leasing or selling luxury villas in Dubai (minimum 1 year preferred)
