We are a dynamic and growing real estate and development company committed to delivering exceptional property management and leasing services across Dubai. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Leasing and Property Manager to oversee our residential and commercial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day leasing activities for residential and commercial properties
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to minimize vacancies
- Handle tenant inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and lease documentation
- Ensure compliance with RERA and all relevant Dubai real estate regulations
- Maintain tenant relationships and address concerns promptly
- Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and oversee property inspections
- Prepare occupancy reports, rental forecasts, and performance dashboards
- Collaborate with maintenance and finance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Recommend improvements to increase rental yield and tenant satisfactio
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE real estate market
- Strong knowledge of Dubai tenancy laws and RERA regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficient in property management software and MS Office
- RERA Certification is preferred
- Valid UAE driving license
