Join the Legal Team at Al Rasikhoon Real Estate – Ajman
Al Rasikhoon Real Estate, a leading name in the Ajman real estate sector, is looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Legal Counsel to manage and oversee all legal aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will have a solid legal background in the UAE, particularly with expertise in real estate law and rental dispute resolution in Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support across all departments of the organization
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration sessions, and external negotiations
- Proactively manage and resolve rental disputes in Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai
- Ensure company compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements
- Conduct in-depth legal research and keep the management updated on changes in legislation
- Liaise with external legal advisors, government entities, and dispute centers as required
- Support HR, Sales, and Operations teams with legal clarifications and risk assessments
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of proven legal experience in the UAE, preferably within the real estate sector
- Strong knowledge of UAE legal systems, tenancy laws, and dispute procedures
- Track record of handling and resolving legal cases and rental disputes effectively
- Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage sensitive legal matters with discretion and sound judgment
- Fluent in Arabic (required); proficiency in English is highly desirable
- UAE driving license (preferred)
Additional Information:
- Must be based in Ajman or willing to relocate before the start date
- Immediate availability is an advantage
